Genial participated in the development of the white paper “European Health Data Space: Serbia’s Path Forward”, a strategic document examining Serbia’s readiness and opportunities for alignment with the European Health Data Space (EHDS).
The white paper was developed through a collaborative effort with EIT Health InnoStars, C4IR Serbia, Takeda Serbia, and Genial Science
The report provides an overview of the EHDS framework, highlights Serbia’s rapid progress in public-sector digitalisation, and outlines the country’s potential to integrate into the broader European digital health ecosystem. It also identifies practical steps to support EHDS readiness and responsible use of health data for research and innovation.
The white paper serves as a shared resource for stakeholders working to strengthen Serbia’s health data ecosystem.
